B. Documentation & Audit
Students must provide authentic proof of enrollment, official fee receipts, and valid government identity proof (such as Aadhaar or Student ID) prior to reward fulfillment.
C. Non-Transferability
Promotional hardware rewards carry standard manufacturer warranties in India, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for unauthorized cash substitutions.
5. Acceptable Use & Conduct
When utilizing our platform, you agree NOT to:
- Submit fabricated academic transcripts, falsified percentiles, or deceptive counseling inquiries.
- Use automated scrapers, crawlers, or bots to harvest college databases, cutoff rankings, or proprietary content.
- Spam or abuse counseling support channels, SMS/OTP gateways, or WhatsApp communication bots.
- Interfere with or attempt to compromise platform security, rate limits, or network integrity.
6. Intellectual Property
All text, branding, graphics, logos, comparison interfaces, predictive algorithms, and website code are the intellectual property of College Decode. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of this platform without prior written authorization.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
College Decode is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, College Decode and its directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from university admission decisions, cutoff rank variance, or career placement outcomes.
8. Third-Party Links
Our platform contains links to external university websites, examination authority portals, and informational resources. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of information on third-party websites.
9. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access without prior notice if a user submits fraudulent documents, violates these Terms, or engages in unlawful behavior on the platform.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
